On Thursday, October 12, 2023, Mr. Muhammad Ikram led a captivating Chinese Paper Cutting exhibition at the University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Lahore. The event, organized by Dr. Mehvish Riaz, Director, China Study Centre, UET, Lahore, featured enormously exquisite handcrafted paper-cut artwork, offering students and faculty a unique glimpse into the intricate art of paper cutting. Attendees marveled at the delicate designs, participated in interactive paper cutting activity, and left with a deeper appreciation of this traditional Chinese art form, marking another successful initiative in promoting cross-cultural understanding within the academic community.
